Paychex, a leading U.S. provider of payroll, human resource and benefits solutions, engaged TechAspect to streamline and accelerate the publication time of up-to-the-minute customer news and information without compromising quality and accuracy.
As part of its service, Paychex holds and publishes relevant news and market information. Historically, publishing this data involved tight collaboration between different user groups (e.g., writers, designers, SEO experts) to achieve the necessary quality. Paychex also wanted to present the information clearly and concisely to a variety of mobile devices—so they turned to TechAspect.
After engaging various project stakeholders, TechAspect used CSS to control the site, thus enabling Paychex to maintain a creative feel to the site but within a structured framework. This method gave the designer flexibility to enter the appropriate style, while giving content teams the ability to easily experiment with and compare different styles with the same data.
90% of the components from the core framework were reused to create new microsites, reducing the effort significantly.
An optimized WCM solution also provides up-to-the-minute customer news and information without compromising quality and accuracy.
